A mission-driven non-profit organization based in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Senior or Staff Grant Accountant to join its finance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance and transparency across multiple government-funded programs, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Position Highlights:
Hybrid Schedule (on-site in DTLA 3 days per week)
Compensation: $33-$41/hour, depending on experience

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, OR equivalent experience
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong fund or nonprofit accounting background, with hands-on experience managing multiple government-funded programs
Proficiency in Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Logic Functions)
Experience with major accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, Blackbaud Financial Edge, MAS 90, NetSuite, or Oracle
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
